Honey


Honey contains proteins, essential minerals and vitamins. It is a food of elevated energy and is also known for its medicinal and therapeutic assets. Honey is a food of easy digestion and enthusiastically assimilated by humans, constituting a healthy source of energy. Honey also used extensively in the cosmetic industry as well (creams, cleanness facemasks, tonics, etc.) because of its astringent and softening qualities.
Honey can helps retain moisture in the skin and provides a glowing look to your skin. Here's recipe using honey to retain moisture skin and rid the spot :
- cleanse your face with warm water
- pre-heat honey as necessary
- while it still warm and molten, smear honey to your face and massage with your finger slowly
- leave it for about 15 minutes
- Rinse first with warm water and then cold water
You can also use 1 egg, some tbs milk and 1 tbs honey, mix all then smear to your face and neck, keep it dry for about 30 minutes then rinse first with warm water and then cold water, this recipe to refresh your skin. That's all, simple and natural.
Then for more health benefits you can use honey with lemon in your green tea (you didn't use sugar in your green tea right?) and also you'll be able to cook sweets without the negative health effects of refined sugar, honey is an excellent option. Among other reasons, honey is metabolized more slowly by your body, meaning that you are less likely to get a sugar "high" after eating something made with honey.
